Tactical Resources Wins Nasdaq Approval Ahead of SPAC Deal Closing

By Jarrett Banks

Tactical Resources Corp. (TSXV: RARE; OTC: USREF) said it received Nasdaq approval to list shares of the company formed through its business combination with Plum Acquisition Corp. III (OTC: PLMJF).

The transaction is expected to close on July 28, after which the combined company will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker TREO.

Tactical will become a wholly owned subsidiary of a new parent company that will assume the Tactical Resources name. Existing Tactical shares will be exchanged for shares of the combined company at a ratio to be determined when the deal closes.

The transaction is expected to help Tactical accelerate development of its Peak Project in Hudspeth County, Texas. The rare-earth asset includes previously mined material and existing infrastructure, offering what the company describes as a pathway toward near-term processing and expanded production.

Tactical expects its shares to be delisted from the TSXV following completion and plans to announce the final exchange ratio and additional shareholder information closer to closing.
