About President and CEO, John Dikos

With 20 years of experience driving growth and development in the restaurant industry, John has served as President and CEO of Killer Burger since 2021. Previously, he served as Chief Franchise & Licensing Officer for Earl Enterprises and Chicken Guy, the start-up restaurant concept founded by Guy Fieri and Robert Earl. Prior to that, he led franchising at several well established fast-casual brands, including Qdoba Mexican Grill and MOD Pizza, during which time he helped the company expand from nine to 480 locations. Prior to restaurant development, John spent six years in franchise finance at National Cooperative Bank following the company’s acquisition of Capital Avenue, a start-up he co-founded. John currently serves on the Board of Roam Free, a bison ranch and CPG business, as well as on the Board of GLEAM Network, a non-profit mentorship platform dedicated exclusively to the restaurant industry where he has served since start-up and remains an active mentor. John earned a BS in Business & Finance from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business where he graduated with honors in 1999.

About VP Financial Planning & Analysis, Adam Sanders

Adam joined Killer Burger in 2021, with more than 15 years of strategic and financial planning experience. Most recently, he served as Director of Digital Transformation at Anheuser-Busch InBev and, prior to that, served as Director of Finance, Emerging Business at Craft Brew Alliance. He began his career at Moss Adams, one of the largest public accounting firms in the country, where he advised on financial results, operations, business valuation and various M&A transactions. Adam earned a BS in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing Specialization from Oregon State University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Portland State University.
