CAMBRIDGE, Mass. & MONTRÉAL–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Repare Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: RPTX), a leading precision oncology company enabled by our proprietary synthetic lethality approach to the discovery and development of novel therapeutics, today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 11,000,000 of its common shares at a public offering price of $20.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Repare, before deducting underwriting commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $220.0 million. All of the common shares are being offered by Repare. In addition, Repare has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,650,000 additional common shares at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting commissions.
Repare’s common shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 19, 2020 under the ticker symbol “RPTX.” The offering is expected to close on June 23, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Cowen and Piper Sandler & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
