HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aris Water Solutions, Inc. (“Aris Water”) announced today that it has launched an initial public offering of 17,650,000 shares of its Class A common stock at an anticipated initial offering price between $16.00 and $18.00 per share pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 (the “Registration Statement”) filed previously with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). In addition, Aris Water intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,647,500 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ARIS,” subject to notice of issuance.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives for the offering. J.P.
