Adomani (ticker: ADOM) priced an $11 million secondary offering under normal S-1 rules, the first such transaction for a Reg A+ issuer listed on Nasdaq, the company said in a news release. The offering of units, priced at $3 each, consists of one share and a warrant to purchase 1.5 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $4.50. That’s significantly below the IPO price of $5 per share when the company went public in June 2017.
