Movie theater and restaurant operator iPic Entertainment has increased its IPO size to $40 million from $26 million and its shares will list on Nasdaq, the company said in a statement. The company, which is likely to price its Reg A+ offering in early 2018, would be among largest Reg A+ deals to list since they began last year. The company is awaiting formal qualification from the SEC before completing the IPO process.
