Navitas Semiconductor Designates Davin Lee as Independent Board Director

Navitas Semiconductor Corporation (Nasdaq: NVTS) said it appointed Davin Lee to its Board of Directors, having previously served at Renesas Corp. as Vice President and General Manager.

Mr. Lee has more than 30 years of leadership experience on publicly-traded semiconductor companies and power electronics, and will support Navitas’ shift to high-power markets, it stated.

“I am pleased to welcome Davin to the Navitas board of directors,” said Richard Hendrix, Navitas’ Chairman of the Board. “His appointment fills an open position on the board and represents another important step in our board refreshment process that we initiated last year.”

Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
