Proxy Season, SBUX & NSC: Hear from Longacre Square’s Jessica McDougall at Tulane

IPO Edge sister platform CorpGov hosted a fireside chat with Jessica McDougall, Partner and Chair of Corporate Governance & Shareholder Engagement at Longacre Square at the 36th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute in New Orleans, Louisiana. The in-person interview was joined by Editor-at-Large Jarrett Banks and they discussed how shareholder proposals are very precise for proxy season.

They also talked about activist campaigns as they relate to material business risks and opportunities like the case of Starbucks Corp. (Nasdaq: SBUX) and Norfolk Southern Corp.
