IPO Edge and the Palm Beach Hedge Fund Association hosted a fireside chat with the CEO & Founder of MSP Recovery, LLC, which is merging with Lionheart Acquisition Corporation II (Nasdaq: LCAP), to discuss how MSP is disrupting the antiquated healthcare reimbursement system with data-driven solutions to secure recoveries against responsible parties. The event featured MSP CEO & Founder John H. Ruiz joined by IPO Edge Editor-in-Chief John Jannarone and Editor-at-Large Jarrett Banks in a moderated video session lasting approximately 60 minutes and including a Q&A with the audience.

Upon the closing of the transaction, the combined company will be named MSP Recovery, and its common stock, existing warrants and additional warrants are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbols “MSPR”, “LCAP W”, and “MSPR W”, respectively.
