Jim Lawson is CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors, at AdTheorent, Inc., a programmatic digital advertising leader using advanced machine learning technology and solutions to deliver real-world value for advertisers and marketers. Jim has served as General Counsel and executive-level management to VC-backed and publicly traded companies, including Augme Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded mobile marketing technology services provider, and Interactions, LLC, a leading communications technology and service provider. Jim was a Co-Founder of Augme Mobile, an integrated mobile marketing technology platform. Jim structured and effectuated the sale of Augme to publicly-traded Modavox, Inc. Following the sale Jim joined the acquiring company (re-named Augme Technologies, Inc.) where he served as its General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for the 12-month period following the acquisition.
