APx Acquisition Corp. I Announces Contribution to Trust Account to Extend Combination Period

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–APx Acquisition Corp. I (“APx” or the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that the Company deposited into the trust account, established in connection with the Company’s initial public offering (the “Trust Account”), an aggregate of $750,000 in order to effect the extension of the termination date, from March 9, 2023 to June 9, 2023. The Company may deposit an additional $750,000 into the Trust Account for a subsequent three-month extension that may be needed by the Company to complete a business combination.
