Shares of luxury theater-and- restaurant operator iPic Entertainment (ticker: IPIC) priced at $18.50 a share to raise $15.1 million, the company said in a statement. Separately, the company raised an additional $2.5 million from larger motion- picture exhibitor Regal Entertainment Group (RGC), which previously invested $12 million last year. Shares of iPic fell 18{efe5d79870c08482e17ab0c97855f89429dac5f22c46026d3ca83573faec2208} on their first day of trading.
